After carefully reading directions for use, (especially regarding locking and unlocking), I feel very confident that "in the event of an event," the features of my Fire/Water File Box by Sentry Safe, will perform as promised. I also have to say this company responded promptly to an important concern I had about a replacement key. BTW, This is my second box and so I presently have two. This present one is larger and has handles. I recommend (and thank) SentrySafe.

Not happy with the locking mechanism and the latch to open the safe. This is not my first safe by sentry safe, that one gave 10 years of trouble free wear. I have only had this one 4 months and I have had trouble with the key lock and the latch that opens the safe. I am NOT happy with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
