plastic shell is coming apart after 2 years

Bought my safe in march 2019, and after 2 years, indoors in a normal environment, no fires, no excessive heat or cold, no moves or anything, the plastic shell has extensive cracking, there are long cracks running the length of every side of the shell. I can probably peel the shell off by hand. The interior is some kind of dusty white material, like plaster, and the safe is shedding dust on the floor. Was really expecting the safe to last longer and not need replacement every couple years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This safe is a good buy but in this year I noticed it has developed a crack on the outer skin of the safe I only had it for three years because of this I cannot give it a five star review
I would recommend this to a friend!

The safe seems to be made well and strong. However, its smaller inside than I thought it would be. Also, as stated in the title of my ratting, you can't really rate a fire safe unless it actually been in a fire.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would not recommend this product. The bottom half of the locking part has come completely off. I can push it back on, but it's loose and will just fall off again. I had this happen just after one year of use.

Absolute junk... Plastic internal parts for latch handle. I bought this “safe” (using that word loosely) for my dads will and DD214. Hasn’t lasted 2 years before plastic pieces broke. Very disappointing to say the least. Thought I was doing a good thing. WRONG!

do not buy this product. my latch broke in under 2 years. using my key. i then placed two screwdrivers into the safe and was able to break into my own safe in under 10 minutes. not knowing what to do. now i do. yet its junk. buy another brand. the lock worked great. the company should have 3 different locks instead of the latch.

Started Cracking Really Bad

Only had this safe 3 years and the it started cracking and losing the white fireproof stuff. I honestly spend the extra money for this thinking it was going to be better quality, like my parents whos had there's for the last 20 some years. That's not the case here, will be probably exploring other brands since these only come with a 1 year warranty.
