Heavy duty unit. Solid construction and holds letter size documents. The unit has not experienced fire or water hazards, so hopefully will perform as intended. The unit is heavy!

We were gone and someone tried to get in it and the lock is all messed up and the key is gone. We need a new lock assembly with keys we can pay for them

The safe got jammed after like a month of me having it, it would no longer lock because it was stuck halfway between lock and unlock. Not saying they are all bad products I just got a defective one. They send me a different smaller safe in the mail after I reported it though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

with just a paperclip it can be opened and the passcode can be changed. Not recommended for the price
