Handle is made from cheap plastic, broke

Don't buy this safe. The handle mechanism is a cheap plastic insert. The piece attached to the button lever is very cheap, didn't work consistently and then just broke. Had to pry open
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cheap plastic latch snapped

Faulty lid

I bought this safe hoping it was going to be great for important documents and it was until I opened it today and the when I opened the lid the cover came off. It appears to be a press fit of plastic and could easily be pried open with a crowbar etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
