I like the fact that I can hang files as well as store items in envelopes. No draw above files though, The safe is bigger and heavier than I expected. I have not had it too long so can't access the water or fire protection issue. Thank goodness. I also have difficulty locking and unlocking, It requires weight on the lid to fully close to lock. Takes several tries to lock and open.

This fireproof safe seems to do what we need. Our branch bank is closing, so we decided to bring our safe deposit box contents home. Bought this safe and it's plenty large for what we need. Hope everything survives if we have a fire!

It is really easy to use and feels very strong. It holds a lot of paperwork. I learned that you just can’t hold down the top but make it slam before you hold it down otherwise it won’t close. My mom liked it so much she bought one as well.
