This model has plenty of room with a hanging file folder and a tray included. Safe weighs 140 lbs so someone cannot pick it up and walk away with it. Security with your own 5 digit code, plus an added key lock that locks the handle if someone gets your code. Hey, that is all I needed!

This is easy to use for the combination. Has a lot of nice space inside. Our valuables are safe! I do have worry about the longevity of the arm. It appears flimsy. Time will tell.... Using the key is not the easiest but it is comforting having the back up of the keys.

It feels like it is stuck and the bolts are not moving easily. I have to push so hard that it feels like I'm about to break it when I open it. It is also a light weight safe. I can move it easily. We may need to bolt it down to the floor. Our previous safe was stolen. It was dragged out of the building.

I don't about how good the safe is & I hope it never gets tested. I can tell you that you need better customer support because I can no longer open my safe & have been asking for help for several days. Why don't you have a phone that someone will answer rather than a voice msg that repeats endlessly?

I liked that this safe includes both fire and water protection and also includes file folder holder and tray. The security features includes audible alarm with settable levels of sound and sensitivity. The auxiliary battery option when the batteries fail is a great option as the key provided is not a override key but another feature of locking the safe even when the digital entry codes are known.
The only problem I had was upon initially opening the safe. Even though I had used the proper code(s) and the "Proceed" appeared on the screen, the safe would not open. After several attempts, the locks finally "clicked" and I was able to open the safe without issue from that point on.
