Have now had this microwave for 2 ½ months. It is a nice-looking appliance (I have the trim kit so that it looks built-in) and is an easy-to-clean finish. It is quite large, the light inside is very good, and the turntable works well. It heats faster than my previous GE Profile, though, I do miss the fact that I could press any button from 1 through 5 and get that many minutes without pressing additional buttons previously. The (Cooktime, 1, 4, 5, 0, Start) areas on the touchpad are already beginning to show wear, though, so don't know how that will work out. Really don't understand why this microwave needs to beep five times even though I've opened the door and removed whatever is heated already!

Bought mine and within two months the screen cover starting blistering and peeling. Told that this is cosmetic. after a couple of more months it started taking two or three pushes to get the unit to start. that's when they finally replace the entire oven. Not sure this isn't a rebuilt and door doesn't pop open like the original.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave works very well. Unfortunately, we bought the same model 4 years ago and it stopped working completely. It was too expensive to fix so we ended up buying a new one. Hopefully this one will last much longer.

Was great whe it worked. About two months out of warranty the turntable quite working. Part and labor costs MORE than a new unit
