Microwave looks beautiful in my newly remodeled kitchen. Attractive and does a great job heating and cooking. It is countertop installed the SS surround. Looks great and saved a lot not going with a built-in.

I love kitchen aid products but a bit disappointed in this microwave. In particular the temperature seems to be off. We are finding that most every use of full power is too hot and burns or scorches things being cooked. The auto popcorn buttons burn the popcorn... Full power and heat and eats also scorch. Disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
