This is a nice sturdy and professional looking model. Have concerns that the microwave shuts down for no reason particularly when popping microwave popcorn. And when I say it shuts down, it completely shuts down...after a few minutes it resets itself, but then you have to re-program.

This product is very nice but the door is hard to open. You have to push very hard to open. Maybe it will loosen up after usage.

We have now had this for almost 2 months and it is amazing. The sensor cooking/heating technology is wonderful. Things don't overcook because I chosen to much time or forgot to check and stop the microwave. I would highly recommend this appliance.
