looks great, works great, I think a bit pricey but I only use to heat up and I had to buy a trim kit as it was mounted in a cabinet

Not like my old microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of 4 major appliances we purchased for our kitchen remodel. I expected better. The push for the door to open doesn’t work 1 out of 5 times. When you close the door 1 out of 4 times it somehow clears the clock & you have to reset. The first 2-3x we thought perhaps our hand is hitting the clock button but that isn’t the case. Not very impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sparking!

We bought all KitchenAid appliances for our new home however after just two years this microwave is sparking!!! Based on other reviews it appears there is a problem with this! Im very disappointed!!!
