had the previous model for 5 3/4 years and loved it. the turn table quit and then the door latch would not allow the door to be opened., Parts were hard to come by so it was cheaper to buy new. Hopefully this unit will last a little longer, if not we will change brands. so far this one works great.

The function of this microwave is excellent. Only complaints are the buttons are somewhat difficult to read, and there is no "fast/easy 1 minute" etc. like my old model. also the beeps are REALLY loud and it beeps 5 times when done! Rather excessive.
