I was replacing a microwave/convection oven. I thought I would miss the convection, but I don't. This microwave holds a 13 x 9 inch pan and cooks it thoroughly. I also love the sensor cook feature. Cooks vegetables perfectly.

I have been using KitchenAid appliances for the last 10 years. We recently built a custom home and could pick any appliance we wished. We choose to stick with KitchenAid and are so glad we did. They appliances are always of high quality and are reasonably priced.

I purchased this appliance to replace a 19 year-old microwave. It works well, heats fast, and is very attractive. The only flaw is there is no quick button for 1-minute, 2-minute,3-minute, etc., that should have easily been integrated. Overall, it's very nice, and I'm hoping to get 20+ years of joyful cooking.

We bought this microwave as part of a kitchen remodel. It is so much nicer than our old model, which was also a Kitchen Aid and was still going strong when we donated it to charity. This one has a 30-second feature and that's all the time you need to heat most items, especially liquids. I like that it runs very quietly. It is bright inside and very easy to clean. The stainless steel outside does get fingerprints, like all stainless steel, but they wipe off easily. This was a great purchase! My onle negative comment is that it beeps five times to tell you something is done. That seems like at least one beep too many. However, if you press the Cancel button, you can eliminate the beeps.
