Why is this the only model built? My 14 yr old maytag died and this is my only replacement available, short drain/fill hose and upside down when pulled out of machine, hard closing and long running. Don't like it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great dishwasher

I bought this for my wife as I don't do a lot of dishes myself, but she says she likes it fine, only thing the old whirlpool we had for about 25 years had the silverware tray on the door, and she thinks she could get more pieces in the old one. We have not had it long enough to see if it saves any money, so don't know about that, but if it is as good as the old whirlpool we had, I'll be happy.

Purchaced this item for my mother-inlaw. So far she likes they way it cleans so much better than the 20 year old unit that it replaced. Has only been installed for 2 weeks.

Nice and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this about a month and love it. It washes well, I love the sparkling glasses. I like that I can run the dishwasher and watch TV at the same time because its quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up is very easy without 50 features to choose from. The rack layout is the excellent for my large dinnerware.I can hardly hear it running and for a portable that is a great feature.
