Love this dishwasher! Why did I wait so long?

I bought this to replace an old unit that came with the house I bought. The old portable didn't clean worth anything and I was so worried getting a new model that was portable would disappoint and not clean as well as an under counter model. Boy was I wrong! I am using the suggested cleaning packets and my dishes that have not been washed in a washer for years are beginning to sparkle. Not to mention how well it cleans the plastic! A few spots on the plastic at times but that is to be expected. It is even cleaning off cooked egg from my wooden spoons! Some times there is a bit of egg residue but much cleaner and easier than doing it by hand. I am saving soo much time not doing dishes and loading up the machine! I don't know why I didn't buy it years ago! It does make some noise but is so much quieter than my last model! I love that it has an energy efficient cycle that takes longer but saves energy. I usually run it at night before bed anyway and wake up to clean dishes!

I am disabled and had to set at the sink to wash dishes. The washer does a wonderful job.

works great but drain pump replaced after 5 months

Bought christmas time. Worked for 5 months until it wouldnt drain. Warranty did replace it for free but it was out of commision for a week. Other than that it works well on normal wash/high heat Setting. Of course rinse all your dishes before putting them in. Large chunks of food may still be stuck on after.

This is my first dishwasher in over 20 years. My mom had one when I was growing up but when I moved out I no longer had one but I do now. I have always trusted Whirlpool brand and this dishwasher has yet to disappoint :)

Gets the job done

I have had this a few months to help prepare for a first child being born and knowing hand dishwashing is very time consuming. We love the dishwasher and its portability. The normal cycle runs for about 2 hours so make sure to start it a few hours before bed.
