Great printer for home use

Just purchased my second XP-410 printer as it is a great little printer for home use. It is easy to use and it is wonderful for printing photos and for scanning. It has easy to follow instructions especially for non-tech people like myself. I would highly recommend this product.

XP400 Replacement

Had previously (2.5 years) purchased an XP400 and luckily had purchased extended warranty, as the printer indicated permanent 'paper jam'. On investigation it appears a soft interior padded item became loose and jammed the printer, and was unable to be cleared. As I was happy with the XP range, I purchased a XP410 as I still had Ink Cartridges left. The new printer works well, however I have again purchased extended warranty!

I like the features for use.
The ease of scrolling around the programme screen is very easy.
At this stage ink usage is very good and cartridge replacement should be easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small and Powerful

After 3 good years of service, my ever so sturdy printer died yesterday. I always have two printers on the go. I needed something small, compact and efficient to handle the A4 printing in the office. The Epson XP410 was recommended as a suitable replacement given my requirements. Don't be fooled by the size. It's a very small compact unit but very powerful with beautiful print quality for such a low priced printer. It was easy to install, I've always been a fan of Epson; they design their products for busy people who don't have time to mess around with lengthy instruction manuals. I love my little black beauty and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting an inexpensive. no fuss printer will quality output.

This printer is much better than my older one
The front panel with all the information makes it very easy to use
and see where the printer and scanner is at
I am a novice with equipment but find this printer excellent and
have no problem doing whatever I need with it
