Small Printer, Big on Features

This printer is compact which suits my small environment. I have found it has many big features that have made it user friendly for any style or size printing task. It was easy to install and set-up. I find the wi-fi and LCD touchpad are the features that make this Printer easy to use each time. It is not too high-tech with features that are difficult to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What a shocker! Took hours to set up and even now I'm not confident it will work properly. Software disc included would not work, no instructions included for locating/installing appropriate drivers, have never had similar set up problems with any other printers or devices. I'm stuck with this printer for now, but like I said, I'll never purchase another Epson product again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

From the start it has been so easy to setup this printer. On screen directions are very good. The only thing that held me for a few moments was connecting to the modem. Did not immediately realize how to use the key pad. But mastered it was so easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had three printers of varying prices in the last three years. Today I was so frustrated and went and brought this Epson having heard good reports about the brand. So far it was easy to install and the printing was good quality. However, when printing it was a bit noisy.

The printer is a replacement for our home use. My family uses the printer as well and I want the printer to perform well, especially when I am temporarily away from home.
While the printer is relatively new, it has performed very well so far.
One of the advantages is being able to replace ink cartridges separately, this was a selling point for us. In addition to this, the price comparison against other printers and their ink replacement costs, was also an advantage for Epson. I hope this remains the case. If I can get reliable performance and reasonably priced replacement ink cartridges, I will be a happy customer and happy to recommend to others.
