Compact and easy to use

Perfect fit for my work. I specifically needed and top loader and one that has separate colour cartridges as I tend to use a lot of red in my work and did not want to replace all cartridges for one used cartridge

Being some what technically challenged I always worry about installing new devices and how easy they will be to operate. I had no problems with the easy installation instructions and the setting up of the printer. I have now used it to print numerous documents, mainly music scores and the on page printing is excellent. I have also scanned documents with the unit with great results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The set-up procedure is very straight forward and easy to perform with its WiFi capability. The LCD screen is very clear and makes selection of appropriate function very easy. The printed output is of a high standard. This printer is great value for money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Document printing is quick and very good quality. The set-up on the network is menu driven so easy to follow and quick to set-up. I would recommend this printer to families, the printer is great value for money and suitable to print school, college and university projects.

Does the job quite effeciently

Although I had quite a hassle setting it up, once setup it has proven to be quite an efficient printer.
The fast consumption of ink has caught me unaware, given I only print text 95% of the time.

The printer is extremely slow to respond, usually telling me that it is not communicating then prints, eventually, anyway.
The print seems very small and adjusting this on the computer does not seem to help

bought one had a fault so got a replacement yet to get to know the printer

We purchased a printer for day to day work for multiple users just wanted a cheap printer to help with kids school projects an documents you might need to print. Set the first one up and not so good. wouldn't print. returned to the store just before closing and they had to replace with a different model. At least this one prints. Ok quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
