[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never tried baking with steam before we installed this oven, and I'm amazed at all the things you can do with it! The steam assist works wonders for veggies, asian dumplings and cheesecakes, and the convection heat is spot on. Plus it's so spacious!
Pros: Convenient Features, Design, Performance, Innovative, easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its OK...biggest complaint...it takes 30 minutes to pre heat to 350 and almost 45 minutes to 450. Unacceptable.
Cons: unacceptably lengthy preheat
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these ovens! I have baked a cake - awesome. I have roasted beef, chicken and port using the steam function - fabulous, delicious and oh so juicy. Oven preheats in less than 8 minutes. I am thrilled with these ovens!

Very Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm delighted that I went with double ovens. It's so much easier to cook things that need different temperatures. I like the steam assist too although it takes some practice to get used to it. It would be nice if there was more documentation on using it.
Overall it's great for what I do, however I have a few concerns.
First, it's slow to preheat, significantly slower than a stand-alone oven.
Second, the timer is very difficult to see (in the upper right) while operating and must be turned off or it'll continue to beep.
Third, it was a difficult install for the builder. The installation instructions are not clear and we had to take delivery 3 months earlier than desired and unbox it to find out where the power cable comes out in order to rough in the electrical.
It's attractive and functional. The racks are easy to move and the rolling bottom rack is a cool innovation. Cleaning is easy too and the stainless steel is attractive.
I would recommend this to a friend!
