Good size range like the open top design plenty of room for cooking with multiple pans. Like the controls for the oven and timer features,does seem to take quiet some time to boil water though.

The good and the bad

This range looks impressive, but the panel, where the knobs are right out in front, is plastic. If you try to clean a tough food splatter off with a scrubby pad it will forever scratch the surface, detracting from everything else that's looks great because it is right out in front. The knobs being right out in front makes it convenient and safe for an adult to use, but if you have small children, beware.

Just like the Frigidaire range it replaced. The only negative is that the large heating coil is on the right hand side of stove and our kitche is set up for the other side. Wished we had noticed this before buying.

old range went out week before thanksgiving, about time ,10 years old. new range is very userfriendly with many new features

There were more expensive stoves that offered additional features, but I didn't think the extra cost was justified. This stove was the right fit for me. One minor complaint is that I would have liked the clock to be at an angle where it could be viewed while sitting at my kitchen table (like previous stove). Not having a clock in the kitchen, I must stand up & walk to the stove to view the time. Of course this is not a big deal.Also, this stove offers two burners with two adjustable sizes. I could have used a third in between size as offered on the newer models so some of my pots & pans would fit better. But, as I said that feature did not warrant the much higher cost.Love this product.

I HAD A WHIRLPOOL SMOOTH TOP FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS WAS STILL WORKING BUT WANTED A NEW ONE . COULD NOT BE HAPPIER SUCH A PLEASURE TO USE. THE PRODUCT CLEANING KIT KEEPS TOP LOOKING NEW .
