A Must Have for Serious Bakers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer 4 months ago and it is the best kitchen investment I have ever made...next to my dishwasher ;-) I love it! All of my attachments work great, as well. I have the pasta roller and two cutters, ravioli maker, meat grinder, and ice cream maker. If you follow the instructions exactly, they all work great. The only improvement I would suggest is to make the beaters out of stainless steel so they are dishwasher safe. I wash mine anyway, and the finish is gone. Still work great, they just don't look as nice.
