[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my kitchenaid stand mixer. I have been using it everyday since I got it. I used to hand kneaded my bread dough and that killed my shoulder and arms. Now I let the kitchemaid do the work for me. It is very robust and easy to use. All the accessories come with it fit perfectly and do the job very efficient. 5 Qt is a good size for home use. I would get bigger one if I am going commercial.
