[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a professional Baker and I decided to get this mixer for my household. I'm used to the industrial mixers and this one is just as nice for small batch baking. It does the job and my only complaint is the bowl is brushed metal and it's harder to scrape this sides. A polished stainless steel bowl would make way more sense. But they do sell paddles with scrapers on them so that's an option too. Overall I'm pleased!

I have made breads and cakes and cookies and more breads and biscuits and cakes and frostings and breads and I love it! My favorite things ( besides all the goodies I am baking) is it is easy to operate and super easy to clean up! So grateful for my birthday gift! Best present ever!
