[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far, I had used the machine only with the 1-4 cups set-up feature, since is just for the two of us, my husband and I. I wanted a 14 cups machine for when I have friends over. Make sure that you do check the 1-4 cups even for brewing one cup of coffee , otherwise, it will brew very light strength coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Coffee Maker, but I Need A Part

We have had this coffee maker for 3 years and it is perfect for us. My problem is, we broke the lid that covers the water tank and cannot find a replacement part. Any suggestions?

Brews fairly quick.
Has some cool features.
ONLY downfall is the digital display goes out quickly!
The 1st one I purchased, the display went out in less than 2 weeks. Customer service was excellent and sent me a brand new replacement. UNFORTUNATELY, here I am another 2 weeks in with this product and the digital display is going out again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps Coffee very hot even after 3 hours

Disappointed :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 5 months ago. The filter/basket pops open on its own as the coffee is brewing (and yes, I make sure to close the basket tightly and hear it click). The basket overflows and spills coffee all over my counter top and down the front of my cabinets.
If it were not for the basket opening on its own, I would have given this 5 stars!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
