I'm not sure if they replace faulty machines with refurbished ones. Why would I get three lemons? We finally gave up and threw the last one out. Out over $100, not to mention the aggravation!

The way that the access to the filter is also nice, but I wish that it took #4 cone filters. Also, 14 cups isn't so bad either. At this point I would highly recommend.
