I have had this coffee maker for about a month. I like the options to brew coffee regular strength or bold brew. Also, the option to select 1-4 cups allows me to enjoy the coffee at full strength when making less than a full pot. Finally, the ability to choose the duration of warming the brewed coffee is wonderful!

I bought this product for my boyfriend for Christmas, and it now has stopped working, am displeased with this product, thought kitchenaid was a top notch product, but am finding that not to be the case here, very dissatisfied

I absolutely love it. I had been using a Keurig for the past year and it was just not the same . The coffee taste great and it's a nice looking coffee maker. I love it so much that I got my sister one.

I bought this coffee maker as a birthday present to myself. It was a bit of a splurge for such a simple appliance, but I am not disappointed. It has all the features I need and then some. I love the removable water reservoir. It makes it so easy to set up. I always spill the water as I pour it, not now. I can set my heating element time so it stays hot longer on the weekends and and shorter when I have to leave for work. I can set the strength of the brew which is great if I want to make a really strong pot for iced coffee later in the day. I just can't say enough about this coffee maker. I love it.

I purchased as a gift for myself I had looked at it for two years before deciding to purchase, so happy that I finally did, it's so much easier to fill with the removable reservoir and swing out basket.Makes the best coffee I've ever had no bitter taste just smooth and mellow good thing I purchased 14 cup as I can't get enough of a wonderful thing.Love everything about it!

I absolutely love this coffee maker. The fact that you can make as few as 1-4 cups and as many as 14 sold me on this. 12 cups just weren't enough for my family per day. The water filter makes the coffee better, and I like that the water bin is removable for filling. It is of high quality and looks beautiful on my counter.
