Coffee maker surface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a Kitchen Aid coffee maker and it does make good coffee. But ever since we've had it, the clock won't set, nor the timer, but we've dealt with it. Over time the surface has all but completely disintegrated, and we are afraid to use it. We saw you have a new model, but it is a 12 cup and we prefer a 14 cup, so guess we will need to look at another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the KitchenAid coffee maker about 2 months ago. I was concerned about some of the other reviews, so I kept the box and receipt. I have been extremely satisfied with this coffee maker. The coffee taste great. No complaints here.

I have used this KA product for about three months without incident. It's reliable and efficient. Although it's a fourteen cup appliance, I rarely make more than seven to see me through my day at home. Used on "bold," it brews an especially invigorating drink to see me through the day.

This is the worst coffee maker ever! I received this model 1.5 yrs ago and have had to replace it through Kitchen Aid 3 times. It is loud, it leaks, parts do not stay in place, and the list goes on and on. I have to replace my current one but will be going with a different brand.
