[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned the same maker for a number of years and just needed to replace it because after so much use, the latched failed to hold the basket closed .
I love the 14 cup capacity and especially wanted the removable water reservoir.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pricy but I love the pot. Unfortunately I have had to have it replaced twice and now the second one has gone out. Won't perk only a year old. Went back to my old cheaper backup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an older one that is still working great but when this one came on sell I snatched it up. The older one is the same color and style. I have never had any problems with it and I enjoy all the features that both have. Will continue to purchase this model as long as it is being made.

My husband and I drink a lot of coffee, and when we have been without this particular pot, we are very unhappy with our spare pot. KitchenAid is a great company. They have been very helpful, assisting with a couple questions we have had with this pot. I wouldn't be without one of these in my home.
