[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First coffee maker started leaking all over the counter. Had someone tell me they had a similar model do the same. The replacement just stopped working and it was several weeks to get another replacement. So far the third is working as it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I like this coffee maker. It is easy to fill and cleanup when you are done. I did find a couple issues though.
I bought this because it was a 14 cup coffee maker but when I poured the 14 cups from the Kitchen Aid Carafe into my old 12 cup Bella
it only made it to the 12 cup line in my old Bella carafe.. So, all cups are not equal and I did not gain any extra cups.
The second issue was the "Bold" setting using the included mesh basket did not make as bold a brew as my old $35.00 Bella coffee maker.
The solution was to use an old Mr Coffee mesh basket with the solid bottom which slowed down the water flow through the coffee
and increased the Boldness to the desired level.
I bought this because it was a 14 cup coffee maker but when I poured the 14 cups from the Kitchen Aid Carafe into my old 12 cup Bella

It not only makes good coffee, it makes coffee easy to make. We love the 14-cup carafe. The water receptacle is easy to remove and fill, as well as easy to wash.
