[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 12-cup Kitchen Aid coffee maker died and, desperate for my caffeine, I went to Fred Meyer and this was the only Kitchen Aid they had. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but, after a few weeks, I do not regret it. I love the 14 cup capacity and the over-all configuration - very simple to use and keep clean. It makes good coffee and I love the warm temperature options. Yay!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this unit for a couple of weeks and it's a great looking coffee maker. I like the separate water reservoir so I don't have to pour from the pot. The programming is a little tedious and it doesn't keep all of what you program. I only make a half a pot every morning and would like to have it programmed to do this but I have to change it every time to keep the 4 cup setting. Other than that it's great. Also for the BOLD setting it should brew a little slower for richer flavor. My last maker did and it was worth the wait.

Second one stop working also

The display acted wacko a few times in the past but when I unplugged it and replugged it, then the display worked right. But now the display is fine, it just doesn't heat up. I don't want to spend alot of money to fix it. I don't think I'll buy this brand again.
