[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that it's 14 cups! Love the water dispenser you put in the back, no more grounds in the coffee! For some reason the coffee even taste better. We got the red/black and it is so stylish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading other reviews, it looks like I am not the only one having problems with this coffee pot! My daughter bought it for me for Mother's Day. After taking it out of the box the display would not work so I sent it back. They replaced it, and the replacement in just a few months quit working. Over two and a half months later I am still waiting for a replacement! This is terrible service and a terrible product!

I, too, am having issues with the filter door staying shut, and the carafe has cracked. Not at all happy with this product - expected much better from Kitchen Aid.

The light comes on, and it appears that it's going to work, but it doesn't. I appreciate Kitchen Aid for sending me another one to replace the first I bought, however, the replacement is faulty as well.
