[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second purchase of this item. I purchased the previous one when they first came on the market several years ago. After at least daily use, it was developing problems. I found nothing else on the market that seemed as good
as this product, so decided to purchase again. Happy I did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 weeks ago so happy I did!! Love love love the removable water tank!! No more spilling water trying to pour it in the tank!! Keeps coffee hot with the large surface plate and love the 14 cup capacity so I don't have to make a second pot after the hubby drinks what he wants! Easy to set the auto on features and the silver finish matches all my appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it 2 weeks ago, makes great coffee! The display is only half lit and I have error lights when coffee is made. And wish it was hotter coffee!

Favorite coffee maker but ....

I have owned four of these and unfortunately after much use, the water tank starts leaking when being filled. . When I fill tank, the water just pours out of the hole at the bottom. I tried using my finger to cover the hole while I carry it to the machine but water is everywhere! So I buy another pot and eventually this starts again. Wish I could buy a replacement water tank instead of needing a whole new coffee maker. I have always cleaned the pot when indicated and don't understand why the same problem happens on each one I've owned. Guess it's time to find another brand. My favorite part of this was always the water tank but that doesn't work
