[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one we had lasted a year then failed. Kitchen aide replaced it free. The second lasted 2 months. Kitchen aide replaced free. The third one lasted a month. We bought a Mr Coffee.

I like how the water tank comes off for filling, and the filter basket easily lifts out for dumping the grounds. Hard to find 14 cup size, and very welcome in my house. This product has worked perfectly, with no know issues to date. I couldn't be happier.

I was sick of wasting money on expensive pods that tasted like flavored water. This machine brews a pretty good cup/pot of coffee and was reasonably priced and best of all it looks great on the counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We first discovered this coffee maker three years ago. It is the best maker we have ever owned! We have a large family, so the 14 cup size means we all get our first cup without having to make a second pot first! The removable water reservoir and coffee filter parts mean I never have to worry about it being dirty or spilling water while filling it! We were devastated when our first maker broke down, but after making several pots a day for two years, we never considered the pot at fault and immediately set out to get the same one! Best pot ever!

After just 6 months the coffee maker stopped working all together. Kitchenaid honored the warranty and sent a replacement, but they did not have any in red unless we were willing to wait 5 weeks. So, we had to settle for a replacement in silver. I am giving 2 stars because of the easy set up and use of the coffee maker, and I do like the style and features, but really disappointed that my red one that I loved stopped working and we couldn't get a new red one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new Coffee Pot and rolled the dice on this one, as we are happy with our other KitchenAid product(Pro Stand-Mixer).
Great features! Never thought there could be so many parameters to making coffee for the morning, but this Maker lets you set them all!
Only downside is that we seem to be going through more coffee than usual. It is a larger carafe and different shaped basket than I am used to, so I am still trying to adjust how many(or few) scoops we can get away with and still enjoy our morning fuel.
I would recommend this to a friend!
