[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffeemaker other than the flimsy cover for the water container. It is permenantly attached but broke off the second time we made coffee. It is not inttended to be set underneath a kitchen cabinet and very awkward pouring the water in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the color, size, brew strength selector and the setting where you can select how long you would like to keep your coffee hot. I have chocolate colored granite counter tops and this coffee pot looks very nice on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker replaced a good one that we used for years. This new one looked like it would be more convenient, more efficient and, according to my wife, more attractive in the kitchen. Yes to all of the above! The removable filter basket and reservoir are are especially helpful and most convenient to an half awake husband, now retired, setting up this part of breakfast.

Pot won't brew...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in 2013 and it just stopped working yesterday for no apparent reason. Brew light comes on but then nothing else happens. Very disappointed after having enjoyed it this long. Paid his much because of all the features. Guess it goes in the trash at this point. Have to think about whether or not I want to spend the money again. I'm now the only coffee drinker in the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the Kitchen Aid 14 Cup Coffee Maker. Having the extra 2 cups (beyond a normal 12 cup)is great because we can often get by with just one pot of coffee for a day, and don't have to make an extra pot. The coffee maker has worked very well for us. We like being able to add the water directly into resevoir much more than into the carafe and then pouring it into the reservoir. The clean function is easy and works very well. The design has been well thought out, and we love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this Coffee Maker. I'd bought a different brand about a year ago with a Metal Carafe and there was NO WARMER and the Coffee was NOT HOT. I had to boil water on the stove to get a good HOT Cup of Coffee. BUT, NO MORE!! This one is GREAT and of course having a larger pot is AWESOME!! Totally one of the BEST PURCHASES I've ever made!
