[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually I called about a leaking water tank. The o ring in the bottom of the tank would no longer seal. Coffee pot less than a year old. My understanding is a new tank was in the mail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own 3 of these 14 cup coffee makers. The removable water reservoir is one of the best features. If you pour water into your coffee make with the coffee pot I dare you to open up the inside of the heating reservoir and see what is inside! We only have one complaint about these makers. When you schedule a time for the brew to automatically start, you have to do it every day. I would like it to have the ability to set a time that would remain until you change it and automatically come on each day!!! The are great coffee makers..
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Already clock timer light doesn’t completely illuminate. What should I do?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a defective thermal carafe unit. My wife prefers a glass carafe, and this model doesn't disappoint. Varied features and very user-friendly make this coffeemaker an easy recommendation. Removable water tank is also very handy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced my 10 year old Mr. Coffee. I had forgotten how wonderful coffee could taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have had this coffee maker for some time now, and I like it, however, I prefer to use paper filters, and the coffee seems to always come out over the filter and get into my coffee. Secondly, the carriage door that holds the filter pops open at the latter part of the brew process, not sure why this happens; and lastly, I 99% of the time do the 1-4 cup option but it does not remember that and i have to set that each time I make coffee, it would be nice if it remained on that setting like it does for the 'bold' setting. It's also a bit noisy when it brews. I do love the color and size (14 cup) however for larger groups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker looks OK visually when you first see it. It also makes good coffee. Here are the downsides we encountered. 1. Gold foil basket had two cuts in the foil where it appears the plastic mold cut the foil. 2. The Water Filter floated out of position most times we filled it and I pressed it in there as hard as the stem would allow me to. 3. Water Reservoir is pretty narrow when filling and ungainly to get it to go back in if holding by integrated handle. 4. Coffee loading area opens by push button, but you have hold the back of the coffee maker (it will tip over if you don't) and push on the brushed stainless steel panel to close it. That leaves fingerprints every time. 5. It has a steam vent on the top which we feel will hammer our cabinets over time, since we have it sitting under our cabinets pushed back close to the backsplash. 6. Ours did not follow the logic in the manual for restarting the auto brew function. It had to be reprogrammed every time for coffee the next morning.
Just not very well thought out, but it did make coffee as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have various cheaper models, that go bad very quickly; therefore we decided to spend a little more and are very glad that we did!
