I love this coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would hands down be a five star coffee maker except that three months in and the removable water reservoir is starting to crack and leak slowly. I'm not sure where or how to get a replacement. I'm hoping it doesn't get any worse.

I love the design of this pot but it has a issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the pot and all the features, and water fill container. But I had one major issue. The auto preset for brewing coffee is not very user friendly. If you have vision issues, or if you want a one step button I do not recommend this pot at all. It is not a one button push after you set the auto timer up. You have to go thru several sets each time to turn the auto brew on for each day. My husband is vision impaired and can not work the auto brew for every day use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I feel kitchenaid will work with to fix this issue. Kitchenaid has worked in past to fix issues on past items purphased. Kitchenaid is a wonderful company to deal with.

The basics are great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for one that stopped working at about 10 months. The replacement was simple if you don't mind the wait. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock so I had to wait a couple months. The machine is fantastic though. The carafe is designed to poor without dribble. The removable water reservoir makes refilling a lot cleaner. The only thing I don't care for is all the button presses to restart the auto-start settings.
