Great Coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the coffee maker does exactly what I need it to do. Brews a pot of coffee. However, the programming is very difficult. The instructions manual is a billion pages long and difficult to follow. I am a "task" oriented person...I follow instructions one by one...IF there is any "implied" instructions, it throws me off.....So, with that being said...I get up every morning and pour in my water..(it leaks if I put it in the night before)....When I clean it, I just pour in my vinegar water and hit brew....As for the "clean" mode....I have no idea how to get to it and get out of it..."hit this button 3 times, that button 4 times" etc....You get the idea....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always loved Kitchenaid products, but was less impressed with one of their previous coffee maker models. This one MORE than makes up for it!! It has a removable water tank for super-easy cleaning and filling. I also love the swing-out removable brewing basket, which makes clean up a breeze. But one of the things I love best about this large capacity coffee maker is the fact that unlike the previous model I had, there is NO mess from condensation after brewing that puddled and dripped all over. And it doesn't hurt that it has many features, such as selection of brew strength, hot plate temps, and selection of times to keep your pot warm, just to name a few features that will make you look forward to waking up to a pour-fect cup of morning Joe!!

Given that it offers such marvelous qualities such as a 24-hour programmable feature, variable brew strength selector, and removable, easy to fill reservoir, it certainly surpasses all the competition in every category. Why this coffee maker is so wonderful that it even tells you when it is time to clean it.
It comes in three different colors; I love the red as it blends perfectly with my red kitchen décor!
