This is my fourth Kitchenaid appliance, I've never been disappointed with any of their products. I love the coffee maker, the coffee brews perfectly, just nice and hot, just the way I like it. I also love the way you fill the water tank, so many of the features are so Kitchenaid. Top quality. I own the blender, the stand mixer, the mini food processor, and now the coffee maker. I'll keep going until I have them all. Thank you Kitchenaid food making such high quality products.

The coffee maker works well but the clock display has failed

This coffee maker is a replacement for one with a defective design where the hinged brew basket would not stay closed. This one has an improved design that works well. Despite only using this for about 2 months another problem has occurred. The programmable display begun to fail after about three weeks of use. It failed completely three days ago...it does not light up at all. I am disappointed in this aspect.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: clock display has failed.

We replaced our old coffee maker with the red version of this one. The 14 cup capacity is awesome! The pull out water reservoir design makes filling the machine so easy and effortless. No more splashing water! Also, the paperless filter option is nice to have! The design has a bit of a cool retro vibe and looks great on our kitchen counter.

I love the coffee this brews but after owning it for only one month, the electronic controls have seized up. Now they are coming on and off intermittently. Customer service has a brand new unit on the way to me. Can't beat that kind of customer service. They said this has not been a problem with this particular unit. I am happily waiting for the new unit to arrive.

Have had this a while , the dark water holding tank should be clear with the dark coloring it makes it hard to see when the water level is.
To set for the four cups you have to set each time ,would like to have it set and stay.
