I really like the way it looks on my kitchen counter. This coffee maker is easy to use.. ( removable tank ) The only thing is after making coffee, the display kind'a goes out in some of the sections of the numbers and status words disappear. I just hope it doesn't go out altogether.

This is my third Kitchen Aid coffee maker and this time they really got it right. Easy to use, no leaks, and a good cup of coffee to boot. I'm very pleased with the unit.. and the new design is great.

Product was purchased 2 months ago and I'm looking to get this replaced with a new one! The basket that holds the coffee snaps open during a brew cycle even after I clicked the basket in position before brewing. I feel this is a major flaw and annoying to keep closing the basket. Help???

Literally, the best coffee maker I have ever purchased. When it died on me on week 3, I was distraught. KitchenAid replaced it free of charge, and it is just as amazing as the first, and going 5 months strong. I love it, it looks great in the kitchen, and it makes an outstanding BOLD pot of coffee. I bought this be cuz my previous 14 cup kitchenaid red coffee pot just quit after only 18 months of use. The problem with this one is that the basket with the coffee groups goes flying open before the coffee is finished brewing NOT a nice feature.

I have relied on Kitchenaid appliances for many years. Once I discovered the Kitchenaid coffee makers, I know I'll get great results with every pot I brew. I won't buy any other brand of coffee maker as long as I can get a Kitchenaid!
