Excellent produce!! I read the booklet enclosed in order to set up the automatic instructions for brewing coffee (my choice of taste) filled the cannister with water and ground coffee. Sat back and enjoyed my first cup of GREAT coffee in months.
I also ordered the coffee grinder in RED. It arrived on time, as promised, and it is exactly what I have been looking for in the local department stores and could not find.
Thanks for the excellent service as well. Phone courtesy was so pleasant and helpful. Good service is lacking in so many stores and business right now that when I receive excellent service, it stands out and is very important to me.

This is so easy to program and I love the 14 cup capacity as well as being able to fill the water with the removable tank. I was concerned that the 8-12 cup paper filters wouldn't work but they do. The espresso color is classy.

I chose this one for the 14 cup capacity. I am extremely happy with the styling, the features, etc. It comes with a gold removable filter or you can use paper filters. If you are looking for a new coffee maker, I highly recommend this Kitchenaid.

I got this coffee maker through my wedding registry in May 2014... I used it about 2-4 times per week. It is now the end of August 2014 and the display screen has stopped working completely. Will be contacting KitchenAid to request a replacement. A coffee maker this expensive should last longer than a few months!!

We have had this coffee maker for about 6 months now. It has been the best coffee maker I've ever had. I bought it for the removable water tank. The last coffee maker I had did not have this and the inside was really nasty. This is much cleaner being able to wash it daily. Highly recommended!
