We purchased this unit to replace a defective KitchenAid coffeemaker. This unit is very nice to look at, keeps coffee very hot, and, with the exception of setting the delay timer, very easy to operate. The delay timer is very hard to learn to set, but, once you master it, it is no big deal. This unit makes great coffee, and, having the 14 cup capacity helps our family. And, we really like the removable water tank. This sure makes it easier to fill, plus, you do not spill water everywhere.
Pros: Design, removable water tank, Convenient Features, makes 14 cups of hot coffee, Performance, easy to use, Innovative
Cons: programming is harder to master, delay timer is hard to use for repeat events

This coffee maker is a total pIece of garbage. The clock changes time every time the pot brews, for some bizarre reason. I reset it dutifully every night when I set it to Auto, and every morning I wake up to the clock being 7 hours later than it is. The pot only stays on for 30 minutes tops, so my coffee is often cold if I forget to turn it back on. Even the "Brew" button is obnoxious - if you hold it too long it goes to "Auto" and if you want it on Auto but don't hold it down long enough it starts to brew. Not sure if mine is just a lemon, but I absolutely hate it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the design and the color the best. It would be perfect if I could keep the filter in it's proper place. It wants to come out when I fill the tank with water. Also, I can't find any coffee that tastes good. Otherwise, I like this coffee maker the best.

Bought my coffee maker about a month ago and am very happy I did. It brews perfect tasting coffee. I can brew up to 14 cups. A 10 or 12 cup coffee maker is never enough. It brews fast and is so easy to program. I've always had problems trying to program, but this coffee maker is so easy. I just have to follow my instincts.

plastic container leaks

We love our 14 cup programmable coffee maker. The only downside ...after a couple of weeks of use the plastic water container leaks. When I fill it at the sink an carry it across the kitchen...it drips all the way across the floor.
