I got this coffee maker as a replacement for a 12 cup Kitchen Aid coffee maker. I had doubts about it's performing. My doubts have been put to rest. It is the best coffee maker I have had in years. I hope it will last for many years to come.

Within minutes of getting up in the morning an excellent pot of brew was at my fingertips. The easy to use water reserve was a nice relief compared to other units I have owned. For the price comparison it was well worth the cost for its price range.

Love Love my kitchen aid coffee maker got it after Christmas because mine died and I had the blender and mixer and got the food processor for Christmas so why not have the coffee maker.

Received this as a gift in December. Worked well for the first couple of months now the filter access opens during brewing and makes a mess all over the countertop.

I have been having may problems with this product, I thought that 120.00 it would not have this happen. the clock often gets foggy. I think that the coffee burns quick even when the timer is set for 30 minutes. having to purchase filters online instead of in a store is quite annoying.

The KitchenAid 14-cup coffee maker permits the user to consistently produce coffee that is tailored to his/her individual taste. Brewing is simple and cleanup is easy. The coffee maker makes a handsome addition to our kitchen and appears to be made of the highest quality and engineering standards. The gold-screened filter combined with the ordinary paper filter prevents the bitter taste associated with coffee grounds that have passed thru normal single filters. I use this product on a daily basis and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
