We bought this because of the unique design features. We love the removable water tank with its clear markings for the number of cups. The carafe pours without drips!! GREAT DESIGN as there is no more residue on the warming surface. Great filtering system creates outstanding quality of the coffee.

This is the first 14 cup coffee pot we have ever seen. The extra amount of coffee keeps us from having to make another half pot, as we did with the 12 cup. The carafe has the absolute best pouring spout of any I have ever had!!!

I bought this coffee pot about a year ago. I wanted a 14 cup coffee maker and had great experience in the past. However, I doubt I will buy another one. The display for setting the time, etc. has gone black. Can't set it to brew etc. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

We really like this coffee maker. The feature of not loosing the time set every time the power flashes off is great! We loose power often through the year. It is easy to re-set if it is off for very long, and keeps the remainder of settings, very helpful!
