After having several Cuisine Art coffee makers go bust - mind that I do follow directions to a tee - I bought this coffee maker a few years ago and it's still..working perfectly well. User friendly program to pre-set coffee brewing, and it looks nice on the counter top. It's a keeper.

Really enjoy our new coffee pot. Especially the timer and removable water holder that can hold 14 cups. Wish it had a bean grinder that would grind and them make the coffee in the morning when the timer goes off. Love the beep it makes when the coffee is ready and the setting to keep the coffee hotter or warm. Love It All!

Features are good on this Coffee Pot, and the warrenty is excellent, because we have had to replace 3 of them, with in the 3rd or fourth month, so far this one is working well...
Only problem is filling the resevoior in the back, can't read the numbers of cup to well..
