Like The Color Choices

I bought this Only because, it is the Only one KitchenAid offers in red. It makes good coffee.
I have 2 things that disappoint me. #1: It is noisy while making the coffee, and #2: It doesn't make it hot enough. If you pour right away, it is just barely hot.
I have my warmer set on high, so I leave it on the warmer for about 10 min. after brewing, then it's hot enough.
Our downside to Any coffee maker, is that they don't boil the water. They should have an Optional Boil Water Setting on it, for those people like us, who like Hot coffee.

I've had this coffee maker for a couple of months. I am a giant coffee drinker a pot in a half minimum daily. This is my first KitchenAid, what a Great choice by me.

Bought this as a replacement for an old Mr. Coffee machine. Wish we would have bought it sooner. GREAT machine. Looks good, works great. Easy to program and love the removable water container.

Love this product EXCEPT when towards the end of brewing cyc

Towards the end of brewing cycle the grounds basket opens up, & steams up the readout on front,&also drains coffee on countertop. We are on our (4th) one in a little over a years time. There is a definite problem in the latch system
Pros: Innovative, Convenient Features, Performance, easy to use, Design, Timer
Cons: basket keeps opening by itself

I've tried many coffee makers and finally found the one I love. The fact that it's red is an added bonus. The coffee is delicious, stays fresh and I love the fact that there's a timer that lets you know how long it's been since the coffee was brewed.

I received this coffee maker last February and really enjoy the features. It also tells you when you need to clean the maker and the glass carafe doesn't leak. So far I really have no complaints. Thanks Kitchenaid for a great machine.
