Easy to set. Easy to fill. Makes 14 cups when folks visit. Makes 6 cups for me. Always great coffee. Reservoir easy to fill. I'm very happy with my KitchenAid coffee maker.

I bought my original coffee maker two years ago and had a problem with it after some 13 months. It was exchanged for another unit immediately which included a new warranty. This is a wonderful product which we truly enjoy every day. If I had any suggestion, it would be to see through the reservoir a little easier... esp. while filling it with water in low light conditions.

Concept is great. Design is beautiful. It is the easiest coffee maker I ever had. I have some problems with the electronics but they were fixed. Love the ability to make 14 cups at a time, only one I know of that does that. The separate water container is really neat! The company has been great to work with. All and all I have had a most pleasant experience with Kitchen Aid.

This is my second one and bought it for the color, red. First one didn't last long and this one had a leaky canister. It is very noisy. I do like the looks of it though.
