I bought this coffee maker a few months ago and 3 weeks into getting it I got an ERR2 code and it would only make 1/2 pot and lost the rest of the water to steam so Kitchenaid sent a replacement and 1 week later after receiving the replacement I got the same ERR2 code. I am not buying this one again
I own several Kitchen Aid small appliances ( hand mixer, blender,) that have lasted quite a long time and have not let me down. The quality. dependability and functionality are exceptional. So when I needed a new coffee maker, I specifically looked for a Kitchen Aid. It wasn't the lowest priced, but it was reasonable. So far, it has proven to live up to it's reputation. I found it easy to use right out of the box. It's attractive on my countertop and cleans easily. The coffee perks quickly and tastes great. Already I can tell it's another workhorse just like the other Kitchen Aid appliances that I own. When my next appliance is ready for replacement, I will definitely consider Kitchen Aid first1

I purchased this 2 months ago and it is wonderful .. no problem with programming and I love the fill method no spilling water on the counter and also the coffee stays very hot which I love !!

Too heavy difficult to move. Snap in coffe container does always stay shut. Removal tank is difficult to use. I pefer a pour over, but my wife bought this one.

I have owned Mr. Coffee, Braun and several other brands, but this is hands down the best coffee maker. The decanter pours without dripping, which was a problem with most of the other brands. Highly recommend this model.
