This coffee pot has given us nothing but trouble since the day it was purchased. Started by leaking all over the counter when you pour a cup. Then the power kept cutting off as soon as brewed. and now IT DON"T WORK AT ALL!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very happy with this coffee maker. It is attractive and easy to use. The only problem with it is sometimes the compartment that holds the grounds swings open while the coffee is brewing. If you don't catch it right away, it can make a real mess!

I was attracted to the beautiful design and the general reputation of the Kitchenaid brand. While the machine makes a good cup of coffee it's extremely annoying that the part that holds the basket has started to pop open every time I am using the coffeemaker, leaving a mess on my counter! I bought it last May and expected more. Won't buy again.

Used a Kitchenaid coffee maker for 3 years with no problems and only replaced it because of our hard water stains. We still use that pot as a backup. Went thru 2 makers from another brand within 18 months. We are now back with KitchenAid and love the sleek look with removable reservoir. Makes great coffee and keeps it hot.

I received this coffe maker as a gift in December of 2014. About 6months later the display & the warmer unit stopped working. I contacted customer service who were happy to send me a replacement. I've had the replacemnet about 2 months- same thing happened! Contacted c/s again & was offered yet another replacement- no thanks! I've been offered a credit & I'm deciding what to use it for. I must add that Kitchenaid C/S is wonderful. They've been kind & helpful during this process. The best C/S I think I've ever delt with. I would not recommend this particular model coffee maker.

I love the design, performance and most of all the customer service that is available to every customer. My favorite product is the pro-line series - my favorite coffee machine - I look forward to that returning soon.

We have had our new coffee maker since Christmas & we are very satisfied with its performance. We ecspecially appreciate the no-drip pot & filter bucket which helps preserve the heating element. 4 cup feature really works & user freindly.
