It is too noisy while brewing and it is a hassle turning it over to fill with water. Water tank should be on the side, not the back~! It is so noisy that I have had people tell me that I need a new coffeemaker! It is new.

I've had this coffee maker for over 2 months now. It makes great coffee; we like the fact that it has two brew strengths: regular and bold. I also like the water filter feature. It is very easy to program and easy to keep clean. Love the red color in my kitchen!

I ordered this online about 4 months ago and loved it at first. The coffee is great and having two kmore cups than most was terrific. I also liked that I could set the warmer to high as I like my coffee really hot.
The last two weeks the basket popped open several times while brewing and made a huge mess, now I have an err 2 code coming up and the manual does not address this. I had the warmer set to stay on 4 hours but it has started turning off after 30 minutes. I am very disappointed. Might have to return to a Bunn.

I bought this coffee maker and haven't been disappointed. There were many color option designs to choose from. Besides that preparing the coffee maker and cleaning is so easy. The coffee goes out deliciously.

Kitchenaid got it right with so many little things. Love the water tank in the back and the built in water filter. The spring loaded coffee filter holder is nice the way it snaps into place and releases with ease. Originally did not think I would need a 14 cup carafe, but in the end, we love having the extra size on the weekends when everybody is home. The digital display is easy to read and simple to program. Also like the 'BOLD' brew setting and how it keeps the setting in place for every brew. Then to top it off it looks great in our kitchen. Form follows functionality! Brilliant!
