Bought this product today because it was a good price. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. It is laggy/slow in everything that it does and froze up having to be unplugged when *gasp* I wanted to switch from Netflix to Blu ray! What a piece of junk! I hope I get my money back...I will spend a few extra dollars to get something that actually works!
Cons: slow, freezes up, lag between remote and unit

Product is small and attractive but it does not function properly. It does not save the network password for WIFI? You have to type the password in very time you turn it on. The Lag from the remote to something happening on the screen is painful. Netflix worked fine for a week and then freezes before the film loads properly. It is not an internet issue. Stay away from this product.

Don't waste your money on this device, slow as molasses in January. Freezes netflix and youtube are slow, horrible product.

I wish my husband and I had done more research before spending the money on this stupid piece of junk. We bought it because of its good price and we wanted a device to play Netflix. This isn't it. We will be replacing this very soon. It's such a waste. Freezes so constantly while streaming Netflix that it'll take you days to get through a TV episode, and even then, you'll never be able to hear what they are saying. Very annoyed. Very disappointed. Very dissatisfied
Pros: sleek design, lightweight
Cons: doesn't work, terrible quality
