NETFLIX IS NOT ENJOYABLE TO WATCH ALWAY FREESZE EVEN WHEN IT IS SWITCH OVER TO ETHERNET I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY GOT IT FOR CHRISTMAS I ENJOY WATCHING THE BLU RAYS BUT CAN NOT ENJOY NETFLIX

Waste of money

I bought this for streaming netflix. I would have been better off throwing the money I paid for it out the window on the way to the store, at least then it would have done someone some good.
It did make a good stress relief when I destroyed it with a hammer after buying a different brand player to replace it.
Cons: will play about five minutes of a streamed movie b

easy to set up. lacked owners manual. could have optical out instead of coaxial. Have only used 3 days. no problems. playback is good and for $$$ a super buy

Third player I have had.

Item given to us as a gift. First player worked three days and then started going on and off. If I jiggled the HDMI cable on the back of the unit it would play, and then go off again. Returned it and got another. SAME PROBLEM. Returned it. Now on my third unit. Wondering what will be with this one.

Highly recommend - Great quality

I'm using this unit via HMDI connection and very happy with the ease of installation and picture quality in HD 1080p. Highly recommend.
Pros: awesome hdmi 1080p picture, ease of installation

Not any good for Netflix video, stops and tries to reconfigure, but performance is very poor at best

Manual is poor. The USB port is at an angle and there is no information about this so the user will try to push the stick straight in! I wanted HDMI/USB/coax audio and this was one of the few that provided this combination

An absolute disaster of a product

Netflix freezes for any HD content, Hangs every now and then and needs a reboot. The eject button doesnt work unless you select this device as source.The list goes on.
I am planning to gift this to my mother in law..
Cons: netflix freezes, device hangs
